Technical challenges
- One codebase, three platformsThe same app runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Screens had to adapt to each size without duplicating business logic or maintaining three versions.
- Invoicing offlineA freelancer writes an invoice on the train. Documents had to work without a connection, then sync back without ever creating duplicates.
- PDFs worth sendingAn invoice is a document a client keeps. Layout, totals, VAT and print rendering all had to be controlled, not just displayed on screen.
